Global Realty is a professional team which poses a major task to organize high quality environment for living, work and recreation for the citizens of Nizhny Novgorod.

My primary mission and objective as General Manager of company is creation of unique properties that promote creative labor, success and prosperity and in future should become the visit card of the capital of Volga region. In my view a key point of work must be long-term relationships that are based on trust and accountability.

Global Realty is the development company that creates and promotes real estate projects from concept to construction and subsequent management.

At the moment the major priority for us is the complex development of different functional purpose projects. There are some completed projects in the company's portfolio today which promote its dynamic growth and development.  Among which are two “A” class business centers in the historical part of the city "Diplomat" and "Kulibin" of the total area more than 25'000m2 and two of the same name classified as 3 and 5 stars hotels.

In parallel with development of already existing complexes we’ve started project implementation of residential compound for 1000 families pursuing the object of diversification various types projects.  The main objective of this project is to create the city in the city in other words self-sufficient space for full-fledged life and communication of its residents.

We always aim to expand the current portfolio and try to use the operative business equity for financing new projects which create new jobs, strengthen an economic microclimate in the region and improve the quality of life and prestige of Nizhny Novgorod as a city!
